Description

• Serve as the main point of contact to the finance departments at subcontractors and vendor partners • Coordinate negotiations around subcontractor and vendor budgets • Provide monthly subcontractor and vendor budget performance reports • Analyze and investigate causes of variance with respective sites • Support the Director of Business Operations in ensuring subcontractors and vendors are in compliance with terms and regulations • Lead the regular monitoring of budget-to-actuals expenses among subcontractors and vendors • Partner with the Director of Business Operations in designing and preparing relevant financial invoice and report templates • Mentor staff by providing guidance and supporting professional development • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Business Operations

Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel and experience with financial software • Outstanding organizational skills with an eye for detail • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment • Familiarity with budgeting and invoicing principles
