Description

• Lead Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) role in Costa Rica center • Architect and optimize cloud infrastructure using Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS • Implement CI/CD pipelines ensuring seamless delivery processes • Lead platform areas for functional, automation, and infrastructure initiatives • Support security reviews, audits, and vulnerability assessments • Design and manage resilient and secure network architectures in the public cloud • Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Engineering Leads • Drive continuous improvement initiatives • Mentor team members • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions • Identify gaps and proactively define activities, processes, and workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline • 7+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering • Proficiency in SRE frameworks on Microsoft Azure, IaC frameworks (Terraform, Ansible), and security enforcement • Expertise in network architectures, CDNs, Web Application Firewalls, and incident response • Track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Datadog monitoring, tech stacks, Atlassian software, and technical project management • Knowledge of Amazon AWS
