📋 Description

• Conduct research and evaluate technologies • Propose efficient software solutions aligned with client requirements and business objectives • Continuously develop Java Software Engineering skills • Provide support and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders • Write high-quality code that complies with requirements • Participate in code reviews • Apply the latest Java features to introduce advanced application capabilities • Collaborate with DevOps teams to containerize and deploy applications • Support CI/CD pipeline integration • Participate in architectural discussions • Perform code reviews to maintain strong engineering standards • Develop solutions for a financial-sector client supporting 150,000 workstations and 4,500 employees

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software development • Good knowledge of Java 8 or above • Knowledge of SOLID principles and design patterns • Extensive experience with Spring Boot • Extensive experience with REST web services • Experience with JPA and Hibernate • Experience using relational databases • Hands-on experience with hexagonal architecture • Hands-on experience with domain-driven design • Experience working with microservices architecture • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including debugging and source control • Advanced written and spoken English communication skills • Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work, support decision-making, and deliver higher-quality outcomes • Ability to use AI tools responsibly, structure effective prompts, critically validate outputs, understand limitations, and own final results • Cloud platform experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure is nice to have • Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes is nice to have • Familiarity with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools is nice to have • Familiarity with Apache Kafka or similar messaging platforms is nice to have
