📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product and Project Managers to align technical work with business priorities • Participate in architectural design and contribute to development standards • Develop new platform functionality and enhance existing features across backend and frontend • Monitor platform health, performance, and reliability • Perform hands-on full-stack development using .NET/Core, Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript • Investigate issues, research solutions, and collaborate with the team to resolve complex problems • Learn and adopt new tools and technologies required for successful delivery • Analyze business use cases and technical requirements; design, build, and integrate internal and external functionalities • Ensure code quality through clean coding practices, documentation, and adherence to standards • Contribute actively to team development efforts by helping build and understand the system

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in software development (backend + frontend) • BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent experience • Proven experience as a senior software developer • Strong backend experience with .NET Framework (4.x), .NET Core / .NET 6+, MVC, Web API, IIS, SQL Server (2012+), and CI/CD pipelines • 1–2+ years of experience building complex web applications using Angular or similar JavaScript frameworks • Ability to work effectively with coding agents such as Claude Code and ChatGPT for prompt design, agent configuration, code generation, debugging, testing, and workflow automation • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
