📋 Description

• Conduct research and assessments and recommend efficient, robust software solutions tailored to client needs • Deliver high-quality, performant code that meets requirements • Identify areas for improvement in existing programs and lead refactoring efforts • Collaborate with software engineers, product owners, team managers, and clients • Provide technical consultancy to clients • Mentor colleagues and enhance their skills and knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web application development • JavaScript/TypeScript experience • Experience with Angular, RxJS, and Angular Material • Strong SCSS/CSS and HTML best practices • Excellent English communication skills • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, including debugging and performance testing • Experience analyzing project requirements and delivering reliable solutions across application components • Understanding of client-server communication, protocols, and REST principles • Experience in Agile environments, including Scrum or SAFe, within cross-functional squads • Proficiency with Git and Atlassian tools • Hands-on experience with XP practices such as pair programming, TDD, DDD, and simple design • Ability to adapt strategies and working methods to project needs and contexts • Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work, support decision-making, and deliver higher-quality outcomes • Ability to use AI tools responsibly, structure effective prompts, critically validate outputs, understand limitations, and own final results • German language knowledge is nice to have • Knowledge of NodeJS, Docker, and adjacent technologies is nice to have • Willingness and experience in developing less-senior colleagues is nice to have • Application lifecycle and CI/CD knowledge is nice to have • Security and UI/UX experience is nice to have
