📋 Description
• Handle basic day-to-day accounting entries • Record purchase entries • Record sales entries • Record and maintain bank entries • Maintain accounting records and ledgers accurately • Ensure transactions are entered correctly and on time • Maintain invoices, bills, and supporting accounting documents • Coordinate with the Accounts Manager regarding accounting entries and requirements • Follow accounting processes and instructions provided by the Accounts Manager
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of accounting experience • Minimum 6 months of prior Work From Home experience • Prior hands-on experience with QuickBooks is mandatory • Practical experience with purchase entries, sales entries, and bank entries • Good understanding of basic accounting principles • Good English verbal communication skills • Good laptop/computer setup suitable for full-time work • Reliable and stable internet connection • A quiet and disturbance-free workspace at home • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
