Description

• Drafting and negotiating a broad range of standard and non-standard commercial agreements • Creating and revising legal documentation, policies, guidelines, and standard forms • Researching and staying abreast of changes to relevant law and regulations • Ensuring compliance with privacy and data protection requirements • Working with internal and external clients regarding legal and regulatory requirements and enterprise risk management

Requirements

• J.D. or LL.B. degree with outstanding academic credentials • Active and in good standing in at least one State Bar in the United States • Working knowledge of privacy law and experience negotiating DPAs • Minimum of 4+ years of relevant legal experience • Experience with SaaS, subscription agreements, reseller agreements, and cloud-based technology • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
