📋 Description

• Troubleshoot and resolve various technical incidents for Acronis' corporate customers • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners • Interact with Engineering and Business departments to resolve complex issues • Train and mentor junior team members • Develop documentation and technical articles

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an advanced technical support role • Fluent English (both written and verbal) • Windows Server experience • Linux/UNIX management skills • Networking analysis with tools like Wireshark • Virtualization expertise in VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, etc. • Good communication skills and customer service focus • Ability to prioritize and switch between time-sensitive issues
