Description

• The Growth Sales Representative proactively reaches prospects who have indicated interest in ActiveCampaign. They aim to uncover needs with a discovery process, craft the perfect customer journey during an enablement call, and close the deal

Requirements

• Fluent English speaking, reading comprehension, and writing skills required, Spanish desired • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Communications) is preferred, not required • 1-3 year(s) experience in a customer-facing role (Sales / Success experience preferred as the role involves managing a pipeline and multiple inbound channels) • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and other sales automation tools • Familiarity with SaaS/Martech industry, understanding of key trends, and knowledge of competitive landscape (Preferred) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to adapt to evolving commercial strategies, changing market conditions, and dynamic/varied prospect needs • Proven ability to address challenges, objections, and obstacles • Commitment to achieving results and a history of taking initiative to drive success • Understanding/experience in adopting a customer-centric mindset, focusing on customer needs and providing tailored solutions • Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, commercial methodologies, and product knowledge • Strong time management skills • Experience using technology and software tools, as the role involves showcasing the product and using internal systems
