Description

• Manage the product roadmap from planning to tactical activities • Speak with customers and partners to understand real-world scenarios • Create and present external product roadmaps • Document benefits of planned features • Execute new product release activities • Review functional design documents • Document new features and communicate benefits to partners and customers • Manage the beta release process • Train internal support and services teams on new product capabilities • Prepare and monitor quality metrics • Drive improvements • Resolve escalations from support and customer success teams • Become a subject matter expert in various tools • Assist with writing knowledgebase articles

Requirements

• ERP and CRM business application software experience • Product management, development, and delivery experience with CRM software • Market knowledge of how sales, marketing, and support teams use CRM software • Blend of business and technical savvy • Detail oriented and organized • Strong decision making and time management skills • Large company experience • Ability to build an action plan • Self-driven and realistic about goals
