📋 Description

• Own routine IT support requests, including account setup, password resets, permissions, and platform access • Troubleshoot common account and system issues and escalate complex problems when needed • Perform recurring system and data audits to identify discrepancies and maintain accuracy • Partner with facility managers to locate missing information and resolve data issues • Update systems and tracking documents with verified changes and audit findings • Follow established IT processes, security policies, and documentation standards • Support users and help keep systems and facility data accurate

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer service, help desk, or IT support is a plus • Comfortable learning new software and navigating multiple platforms • Detail-oriented and reliable, with ability to manage several tasks • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable working with facility managers, vendors, and internal teams • Basic Microsoft 365 skills are preferred • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to ask, investigate, and learn
