📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements • Understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications • Prepare requirements specifications, use cases, and process flows • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, development teams, and other involved departments • Support the technical team in interpreting requirements and clarifying questions • Identify risks and impacts resulting from changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle • Ensure requirements traceability and validation with users • Work collaboratively using agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban • Collect the company laptop and complete onboarding on the first day at the client’s office in Alphaville, Barueri, São Paulo

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Requirements Analyst • Knowledge of requirements elicitation and documentation techniques • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools, including Azure DevOps • Strong communication and negotiation skills when working with different stakeholders • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Analytical mindset • Candidates must reside in the state of São Paulo • Preferred: Experience with large-scale projects and complex systems • Preferred: Experience with acceptance testing and requirements validation • Preferred: Experience in software development and systems architecture • Preferred: Experience with projects in the healthcare sector, particularly health insurance providers • Preferred: Knowledge of reimbursement projects
