🎯 Requirements
• Experience working as a Scrum Master in IT projects. • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile methodologies. • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools. • Ability to lead meetings and manage conflicts. • Excellent communication skills and ability to facilitate cross-functional interactions. • Proven experience in global projects, working with multicultural teams and international stakeholders.
