📋 Description

• Act as the process leader for client teams at a renowned North American media company. • Work continuously with the client, teaching best practices, facilitating agile ceremonies, and guiding teams. • Deliver training on Agile methodologies, processes, metrics, and the use of AI to the client’s team in English.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English in writing, reading, and speaking (daily, ongoing exposure to international clients and partners). • Experience in software engineering and digital product development. • Experience building and growing cross-functional development teams. • Experience with agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum). • Ability to build trust-based relationships with partners and clients. • Product mindset. • Strong analytical skills and interpersonal communication. • Backlog management. • Clear organizational and communication skills.
