Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Email Marketing within Digital Marketing and Advertising services • eCommerce experience is highly desired • 3+ years in copywriting, with a focus on conversion-driven content • Experience with A/B testing methodologies • Familiarity with tracking systems (like GA4) and customer segmentation strategies • Can-do attitude and result-driven approach • Impeccable English • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Sense of ownership and pride in performance • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Team player and good time-management skill • Proficiency in email marketing platforms and tools • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills • Knowledge of email template design and customization • Understanding of audience segmentation and list management • Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics • Experience with lead generation and database management • Knowledge of industry policies and best practices for email marketing • Basic graphic design skills for enhancing email templates • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
