Description
• Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles for technical roles in supply chain, logistics, garden decoration, and construction. • Conduct research on industry trends and competitive landscapes to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies. • Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of recruiting methods, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals. • Collaborate with the HR team to manage the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback to candidates, and negotiating job offers. • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software to manage candidate data and streamline the recruiting process. • Participate in job fairs and other recruiting events to promote the company and attract top talent. • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting. Preferably with a focus on supply chain, logistics, garden decoration, and/or construction. • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders. • Experience with ATS and HR software, and proficiency in using social media for recruiting. Experienced working with Talentlyft, BreezyHR, and others is a plus. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • High level of Emotional Intelligence, excellent interpersonal, problem-solver, and Strategic drive. • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing), and able to work across different time zones.
