Description

• Responsible for project planning and scheduling, cost estimating and monitoring, progress measurement, risk management and reporting • Manage project controls personnel to ensure successful project completion • Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress against schedules, and implement corrective actions as needed • Identify and assess project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and assist in the development of recovery measures for projects behind schedule and/or over budget • Prepare and deliver regular project performance reports to project stakeholders and senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of related project controls/scheduler analyst experience in the Telecommunication and/or Construction fields • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing project controls teams • Expertise in managing complex and detailed spreadsheets, analyzing data, identifying trends, and enabling decision making • Clear understanding of the full construction life cycle and managing cost control systems on complex projects • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and quickly pivot in response to evolving priorities • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel • Excellent analytical, creative thinking, written and verbal communication skills
