• Work closely with the tech and product teams on the latest products and technology • Develop and communicate Aethir's strategy, ensuring team members work effectively towards goals • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements • Monitor and report on key business metrics, including financial and operational performance • Assist in the development and implementation of company strategy and annual planning • Lead and support cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment and integration across the organization • Manage and optimize key operational processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness • Define tasks and activities, assigning responsibilities to team members • Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met
• 2+ years of experience working in management consulting, investment banking or professional services (ideally) • 6+ years of experience working in high-paced development environment as an assistant or coordinator • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Highly organized, strategic thinker • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience in project management or program management • Ability to distil complex information into clear and concise presentations • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization. • Fluency in both English & Mandarin is required for communication with internal stakeholders.
