• Conduct strategic and segmented active prospecting of clients. • Lead consultative meetings to understand each client’s pains, needs and opportunities. • Thoroughly qualify leads. • Independently manage the sales funnel, ensuring predictability and a high conversion rate. • Prepare and present commercial proposals aligned with the client’s journey and maturity. • Negotiate contracts and drive the process through to closing, ensuring the best possible client experience. • Serve as a technical reference for the team, mentor junior sellers and support internal training. • Contribute strategic insights to improve processes, segmentation, ICP and sales messaging. • Use CRM at an advanced level, tracking indicators, metrics and sales projections. • Collaborate with areas such as Marketing, CX/CS and Product to ensure alignment and opportunity generation.
• Solid experience in outbound sales, preferably in the B2P market. • Strong command of consultative selling techniques and advanced negotiation skills. • Advanced CRM usage (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar). • Excellent verbal and written communication and strong argumentation skills. • Organization, discipline, pipeline management and commitment to continuous learning.
