📋 Description

• Manage and further develop the group-wide LOGA payroll system for central payroll processing and the organization’s facilities • Ensure stable, efficient, and reliable system operations in the payroll environment • Analyze, assess, and handle system-related inquiries from Payroll and the facilities • Implement statutory, collective bargaining, and organizational requirements • Support releases, testing, and technical enhancements • Manage and optimize interfaces with related payroll and financial systems • Support data quality checks • Assist with reporting and user training • Contribute to group-wide payroll IT and digitalization projects • Collaborate with Payroll, IT, Reporting, and external service providers

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training, university degree, or comparable qualification related to payroll, business, or IT • Professional experience in payroll or payroll processing • Familiarity with monthly payroll procedures • Practical experience with LOGA or a comparable payroll system is an advantage • Good understanding of statutory and collective bargaining requirements in payroll processing • Enthusiasm for analyzing, optimizing, and further developing system-supported payroll processes • Structured, solution-oriented, and service-oriented approach to work • Confident communication with a wide range of stakeholders • Alignment with Christian and diaconal values
