📋 Description

• Independently manage and ensure the timely preparation of monthly payroll • Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for clients, social insurance institutions, and authorities on all wage tax and social insurance matters • Prepare certificates and manage statutory reporting obligations • Act as a point of contact during audits, including social insurance and wage tax audits • Collaborate with the founding team to further develop the software by providing relevant practical insights • Support HR activities by helping shape future job profiles within the Payroll Team

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed IHK training as a Payroll Accountant or qualification as a Specialist Assistant for Payroll & Compensation • Basic knowledge of social insurance, wage tax, and employment law • Independent, thorough, and conscientious working style • Excellent German language skills • Previous experience with Agenda payroll software is preferred
