📋 Description

• Manage and further develop the Group-wide LOGA payroll system for central payroll processing and affiliated facilities • Ensure stable, efficient and reliable system operations in the payroll environment • Analyze, assess and handle system-related inquiries from payroll and affiliated facilities • Implement statutory, collective bargaining and organizational requirements • Support releases, testing and technical enhancements • Manage and optimize interfaces with adjacent payroll and financial systems • Support data quality checks • Contribute to reporting and user training • Contribute to Group-wide payroll IT and digitalization projects • Collaborate at the interface between payroll, IT, reporting and external service providers

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training, university degree or equivalent qualification related to payroll, business or IT • Professional experience in payroll • Familiarity with monthly payroll processes • Practical experience with LOGA or a comparable payroll system is an advantage • Good understanding of statutory and collective bargaining requirements in payroll • Enthusiasm for analyzing, optimizing and further developing system-supported payroll processes • Structured, solution-oriented and service-oriented approach to work • Confident communication with a range of stakeholders • Identification with Christian and diaconal values
