📋 Description

• Report directly to the CMO. • Act as the company spokesperson on medical and clinical issues. • Work closely with marketing functions requiring clinical/medical translation. • Manage a global team of Medical Science Liaisons. • Identify and develop relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and physicians in breast cancer treatment. • Distribute scientific information and resources to KOLs. • Facilitate ongoing activities of medical communications, clinical trial functions, and medical marketing programs. • Participate in planning and implementation of medical marketing, clinical registry programs, and customer service functions aligned to strategic business needs. • Interview, hire, on-board, and conduct performance appraisals for the global MSL team. • Interface with current and new collaborations within the oncology field. • Work with managed care to develop clinical/medical documentation for reimbursement. • Support management team in regulatory affairs as needed. • Contribute medical and clinical input to new product development process. • Provide strategic leadership for global Medical Affairs function ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Clinical/Science Degree is preferred (e.g., PhD, PharmD, MSN, MPH, etc.) • Master of Science Degree minimum or higher required • A minimum of 5 years of experience leading and developing geographically dispersed, global Medical Affairs teams across multiple regions, cultures, and time zones. • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role • Experience in Oncology – Breast cancer and solid tumor preferred • Knowledge of and experience in Cancer Genomics and Genetics • Experience in data analytics 5 years min • Public speaking proficiency • Global management experience a plus
