• Utilize expertise to perform critical client functions, including evaluating risks • Help establish the growth and retention strategy for account team • Ensure the success of relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers • Maintain and monitor monthly account analysis and reconciliations • Prepare, review and upload monthly journal entries for month-end close • Review, document and resolve variances in monthly preliminary Financial Statements • Prepare various audit schedules as requested • Create and maintain key process flows related to position • Function as interdepartmental liaison in regards to accounting policies and procedures • Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of financial software
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent training • Licensed CPA or equivalent international credential preferred • Experience with regulatory filings • Prior P&L/revenue responsibility • Technology enthusiast • Strong collaborator • Prior direct or indirect experience managing professional staff
