Seeking a talented and experienced Associate General Counsel to provide strategic guidance and support across corporate legal matters. Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction. • 3+ years of experience practicing corporate law at a law firm or in-house legal department, focusing on corporate transactions and general corporate matters. • Collaborative • Dedicated • Thoughtful • Highly relational with excellent in-person and telephone manner • Highly values teamwork • Well-organized • Self-motivated • High level of integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment • Strong understanding of corporate formations, capital markets, governance, and other relevant areas of corporate law • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of organization • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Benefits

• Salary range $90K - $115K
