Description

• Carry out private fund management, Form D, 506 Exemptions, Reg A, Reg D, state level securities research, etc. • Manage and assist with basic and advanced Blue Sky-related research, analysis and filings • Maintain knowledge of up-to-date practices regarding Blue Sky laws and basic filing procedures, both manual and electronic • Ensure all compliance matters are monitored and maintained within company approved protocols • Maintain knowledge of up-to-date practices regarding federal forms and Edgar filings • Comply with and understand company operation, policies and procedures • Keep confidentiality of client and client’s client matters • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Specialized experience in blue sky and securities • Experience with one or more software platforms • Ability to delegate work to other team members and monitor progress of tasks assigned • Strong organizational skills • Ability to manage workflow for multiple tasks and team members and problem-solve logistical issues that may arise • Self-motivation and ability to proactively monitor deadlines and look up local rules, processes, exemptions, and rules when necessary • Strong customer service and client relations including phone and email contact with clients, attorneys, and courts • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Strong project management skills • Solid computer skills and experience with MS Office products • Adobe Acrobat Pro • Multiple case management program usage or similar experience is required • Attention to detail, solution oriented and forward thinking that strives to anticipate deadlines • Professionalism and organization skills
