Description

• Abstract contracts, build playbooks, review and redline contracts using track changes in MS Word v10 or higher • Draft, review and redline various agreement types • Regular communication with Practice Area Director/Manager • Develop subject matter expertise • Ensure high work quality and efficiency • Collaborate with legal team • Interpret and explain contract terms • Research regulations for compliance

Requirements

• Advanced computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office suite v.10 or above • Competent with Adobe Acrobat Pro • Ability to work in a collaborative teamwork environment
