📋 Description

• Install, maintain, upgrade, and repair Gas Chromatography (GC) instruments on site • Perform preventive maintenance and installations • Deliver customer training and guidance on GC systems • Collaborate with service managers, sales teams, and product specialists • Manage service documentation, scheduling, and reporting • Share field insights to improve products and services • Travel to customer sites across Italy for on-site support

🎯 Requirements

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s, PhD or Master’s, maximum 2 years ago, in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field • University degree in a life science-related field • Passion for technology, analytical instrumentation and customer service • High problem-solving capability and strong curiosity • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset • Willingness to travel across Italy for on-site support • Good knowledge of English / Proficiency in English • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Valid driving license
