📋 Description

• Provide on-site customer support for installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of company and multi-vendor systems • Install, configure, and optimize system components at customer sites • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure system reliability and minimize downtime • Ensure customer satisfaction by advising on system configurations, preventive maintenance practices, and performance optimization strategies • Deliver fully integrated solutions as designed • Serve as a technical resource internally by managing escalations and collaborating with Support, Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams • Provide technical training, workshops, and knowledge transfer to field engineers and customers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific discipline such as chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related field • Strong expertise in atomic spectroscopy / ICP-MS or related techniques, or an equivalent qualification • At least 4 years of relevant professional experience • Valid driver’s license • Flexible and willing to provide on-site customer support as required • Experience in a laboratory environment or with Agilent products is considered an advantage • Strong proficiency in German and English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
