⢠Build and shape the Inside Sales department in the Netherlands ⢠Daily contact with dairy farmers and partners by phone and email ⢠Manage and optimize our webshop ⢠Order processing and customer support in Salesforce CRM ⢠Support marketing campaigns and promotions ⢠Create reports and customer analyses from the CRM ⢠Close collaboration with animal health specialists and the Country Manager Benelux
⢠Completed vocational training or degree (MBO+ / HBO level) ⢠At least 3 years' experience in inside sales, ideally B2B ⢠Strong commercial orientation, proactive and customer-focused approach ⢠Ability to switch flexibly between customer contact, administration and sales ⢠Affinity with the agricultural sector is a plus (but not required) ⢠Experience with Salesforce is an advantage ⢠Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
