📋 Description

• You ensure that product ideas, requirements, and constraints are translated into effective, user-centered solutions. • You work closely with stakeholders, structure requirements, and make informed product decisions with regard to value, feasibility, and quality. • You collaborate continuously with internal teams and external development partners, ensuring clear and efficient cooperation. • You facilitate agile ceremonies, promote continuous improvement, and support the team to work effectively and self-organized. • You pragmatically integrate software requirements for regulated environments (e.g., ISO 13485) into product development and work processes. • You use established tools—especially from the Atlassian ecosystem (e.g., Jira, Confluence)—to ensure transparency, structure, and traceability.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of solid experience as a Product Owner in software product development (required) • Deep understanding of agile product development using Scrum • Ideally a Scrum Master or Agile Coach certification • Experience developing software in regulated environments (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, HealthTech) • Proficiency using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) • Ability to take responsibility, make decisions, and provide direction • Clear, structured communication and a strong understanding of users and the market.
