• Develop and execute an effective social media strategy tailored to your market to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth. • Create compelling and shareable social media content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, aligning with Airalo's brand voice and values. • Monitor and actively engage with the Airalo community on social media platforms, responding promptly to comments, questions, and feedback, and fostering positive relationships with followers. • Collaborate to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with Airalo's goals and target audience. • Identify and establish partnerships with relevant influencers and content creators who align with Airalo's brand values and target audience. • Create and manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, including content ideation, production, and distribution across various social media platforms. • Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content showcasing Airalo's products and services. • Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree with a strong similar professional background & 3+ years experience in a similar capacity • Extensive experience in brand management, content, social media, and customer and market insight in Japan with an in-depth understanding of the social and digital space • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, and any Regional Social Media channels while keeping abreast of social media best practices, and regional and global trends • Fluency in Japanese and English, with impeccable verbal and written communication skills • Experience with executing and implementing channel and audience research • Superior internal & external communication & cross-functional stakeholder management skills • Enjoying and excelling at handling multiple projects simultaneously in a matrix & complex environment • Good time management with an eye for perfection & a strong operational background • Ability to write your own copy • Prior experience in the tech, travel, or telecommunications industry • Certificates and courses in digital marketing and research methods • Knowledge of eSIM and GSMA-related technologies and services
