• Responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding talented candidates for the Revenue tribes, consisting of the Growth & Partnerships Teams • Partnering closely with our hiring managers to find them the best talent possible • Planning, developing, and implementing Airalo’s global talent acquisition strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or similar relevant field & 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Executive Search • Industry knowledge & proven experience hiring for Sales & Marketing teams in a global product-led environment • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, from Reqs Qualification to online posting, assessments of candidates & interviews • Strong experience in various talent sourcing techniques, ie. Boolean/Tangent/X-Ray searches as well as industry talent mapping • Familiarity with a variety of different talent selection and vetting methods (interviews, assignments, psychological tests, etc.) • First-hand experience with posting jobs on social media and job platforms • Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing, and Recruitment Marketing tools
