📋 Description

• Understand workforce metrics including SLA, shrinkage, occupancy, adherence, and AHT, and incorporate insights into planning • Execute queue management and communicate strategies and processes across Airbnb and outsourced partners • Gather information and data, analyze it, and report SLA performance to broader domains • Produce performance reports using WFM metrics and trend-based root-cause analysis narratives • Support site-level resources through real-time schedule-adherence management • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for greater operational effectiveness and efficiency • Communicate strategies and business needs clearly and empathetically • Build trust and transparency • Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years WFM experience with hands-on experience in Queue management • Understanding of scheduling and ability to read data as trend analysis • Comfortable working as an RTA • Well-developed problem-solving and analytical skills • Proactive problem solver able to streamline processes and plan business improvements • Effective communicator and relationship builder • Able to travel to other offices nationally and internationally on occasion • Willingness to work weekends and holidays as business needs require • Strong attention to detail • Experience with Genesys WFM or similar applications, including IEX, Tableau, Superset, or Salesforce • Ability to learn and manage multiple technical systems • Solid knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
