📋 Description

• Gain a deep understanding of business workflows and user journeys • Prevent defects before they reach customers • Design high-quality test scenarios beyond scripted test cases • Perform exploratory and risk-based testing • Apply Agile QA and shift-left testing practices • Participate in test planning, estimation, and defect triaging • Understand product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Design and execute functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory tests • Identify, log, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and impact analysis • Collaborate with developers during defect triage and root cause analysis • Perform end-to-end testing across multiple modules and integrations • Validate fixes and ensure no regression issues • Maintain and update test cases, test data, and test documentation • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives • Support UAT and production validation activities • Identify test scenarios suitable for future automation • Maintain test documentation, metrics, and quality dashboards • Advocate for quality best practices across teams • Communicate with designers, backend teams, product owners, support, and release teams • Report to the Team Lead

🎯 Requirements

• 3 - 4 years of experience • Strong analytical and logical thinking • Excellent attention to detail and curiosity to break the system • Solid understanding of software testing fundamentals • Good communication and documentation skills • Ability to understand business context and user impact • Ownership mindset and accountability for quality • Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments • Collaborative and open to feedback • Exposure and experience with automation tools and frameworks such as WebdriverIO, Cucumber BDD, Playwright, or similar • Good knowledge of test automation concepts • Understanding of .NET or JavaScript fundamentals • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and Swagger • Familiarity and experience with SQL/basic database validation • Awareness of CI/CD pipelines and automation execution • Knowledge of accessibility or performance testing fundamentals • Ability to work effectively as part of a globally distributed agile team following Scrum practices
