📋 Description

• Provide data-driven facilities management insights to JLL clients' facilities using JLL's Smart Building Platform, SkySpark by SkyFoundry, and other JLL tools supporting Intelligent Operations Center programs • Coordinate resolution of recommended enhancements, improved control strategies, and other changes to drive toward the lowest total cost of ownership • Analyze facilities management, maintenance, mechanical, HVAC, and reliability engineering data to determine best practices • Analyze equipment operation and sequences of operations and suggest improved control strategies • Perform building, meter, and equipment-level energy analysis and provide energy savings calculations and ROI analysis • Review mechanical systems documentation to identify monitoring points and integrate them into the Smart Building Platform • Analyze client mechanical system documentation and deliver insights through SkySpark and SBP analytics • Integrate building management/automation systems, energy management systems, and other monitoring and control systems • Establish connections to remote systems with vendors, clients, facility teams, networking, and information security teams • Review SBP and SkySpark analytics outputs and work with site engineering and maintenance teams to correct root causes of anomalies • Ensure data quality and continuous data flow from monitored systems and points • Troubleshoot remote-system connection issues with on-site resources and colleagues • Develop, document, review, and roll out new Smart Building Platform analytics • Utilize artificial intelligence to strengthen Smart Building Platform deliverables • Communicate data-analysis results to maintenance technicians, building automation experts, facility managers, and senior leaders • Support site engineering teams in troubleshooting efforts • Report results through standardized SBP reporting and custom reports • Train clients to review SBP analytics and perform analysis • Assist clients in developing custom SBP dashboards • Handle client phone calls to troubleshoot equipment directly with clients

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience will be evaluated • 5+ years of hands-on experience with complex HVAC systems including chillers, cooling towers, boilers, and VAV air handling units • Proven ability to interpret building system data, identify actionable insights, and generate recommendations leading to measurable energy savings • Knowledge of sustainability and energy principles related to the built environment • Experience performing building energy analysis, equipment-level savings calculations, and ROI analysis • Experience with HVAC, electrical, mechanical, building automation systems, and commissioning across varied building types including commercial offices • Strong oral and written communication skills in Business English • MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Presentation skills • 3+ years of hands-on SkySpark analytical experience or equivalent MBCx/FDD platform highly desirable • Familiarity with SkySpark's Axon coding language • Axon query development and coding • Commissioning or retro-commissioning of HVAC systems • Smart building technology knowledge • Experience with Fault Detection and Diagnostics systems • Energy management • Reliability engineering • Project management • Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Professional Engineer (PE), Niagara Certification, or similar • Project Haystack tagging convention • ASHRAE knowledge, particularly Standards 90.1, 55, 62.1, and Guideline 36, highly desired • Experience working in a global organization
