📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day IT support by troubleshooting hardware, software, and access issues • Manage and resolve IT support tickets through Jira • Configure, deploy, and support MacOS laptops and company devices • Administer and troubleshoot Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, and other SaaS applications • Manage device configuration and security using MDM tools such as IRU • Assist with user provisioning and deprovisioning, including onboarding and offboarding • Support endpoint security tools such as CrowdStrike • Maintain and track IT assets and equipment inventory • Document solutions, processes, and troubleshooting steps in Confluence • Escalate complex technical issues to IT, Security, or Infrastructure teams • Assist with IT operational improvements and small projects

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience working in an IT support or service desk environment • Comfortable supporting remote and distributed teams • Experience supporting MacOS devices and modern SaaS-based workplaces • Organized and comfortable managing multiple support requests through a ticketing system • Enjoy troubleshooting technical issues and helping colleagues resolve problems quickly • Clear communication with technical and non-technical users • Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment • Nice to have: experience with scripting or automation tools such as Python, GAM, or Okta Workflows • Expected to work East/West Coast/etc. work hours
