Description
• Drive business performance and predictability through financial planning • Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize growth and profitability • Provide insightful commentary on business performance and deliver actionable recommendations • Lead financial planning process and reporting • Partner with Accounting team for financial reporting and preparation of GAAP financial statements • Prepare material for board of directors and investor relation activities
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree. CPA or MBA a plus • 10+ years of finance and strategic experience in a corporate setting • 2+ years of experience leading an FP&A department in a multinational company • 2+ years of experience at a high growth company • Knowledge of US GAAP • Experience with managing a team in several locations • Running monthly/quarterly/annual accounting processes • Comfort building financial models from scratch • Experience with Business Intelligence tool (ideally Looker) • Experience with M&A, a plus! • A background in Accounting, a plus! • Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative mindset and working style • Willingness to roll up sleeves and get the job done
