Description

Requirements
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written). Excellent communication skills in both languages. • Customer Focus: Prior experience in customer support or a related field. Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others. • Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of health technology products and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Comfortable using customer relationship management (CRM) tools. • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
