📋 Description

• Manage device security, SaaS platforms, identity & access, and employee IT experience • Contribute to build projects that reduce operational toil • Join IT oncall rotation (helpdesk) • Discover Alan's processes and tools • Handle IT operations issues autonomously • Own onboarding/offboarding workflows end-to-end • Contribute to “build” projects with guidance from senior teammates • Be regarded as an expert on at least one topic • Contribute on device compliance improvements across all countries • Ship automation or self-service projects that measurably reduce IT toil • Lead low to medium IT projects end-to-end • Fully autonomous on the User Experience & Platform workstreams • Lead medium to high-complexity IT projects end-to-end • Mentor newer team members

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years IT operations experience • Device management (MDM — ideally Kandji, Jamf, or Intune) • SaaS administration • Basic identity & access management (Google Workspace, SSO) • macOS fluency • Operational reflexes • Documentation mindset • Learning velocity • Delivers with attention to detail • Raises questions and identifies frictions • Takes feedback well and learns fast • Collaborative and positive • Proactive • Experience with Kandji specifically • Exposure to security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2) • Basic scripting ability (Python, Bash, etc.) or willingness to learn • Experience with SaaS vendor management and/or license administration • Interest in automation and coding • Experience in a fast-growing tech company environment • Fluent French & English
