Description
• Join the Alan Insurance team as an exceptional Insurance Intern • Minimum 6-month internship starting ideally in June or July • Focus on innovating health and disability insurance products • Work on blending technical, business, and product skills • Dive into the lifecycle of a contract, from pricing to renewal phase • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams for renewal campaigns • Leverage technology and contribute to scaling tooling and processes
Requirements
• Passionate about owning ambitious problems and developing simple solutions • Strong quantitative and analytical skills • Good knowledge of at least one programming language (SQL, Python) • Basic knowledge of insurance principles • Setting a high standard of rigor and precision • Excellent listening and communication skills • Humble, kind, collaborative, and willing to grow • Fluent and clear in French and English, both oral and written
