⢠Support existing business customers in the Swedish logistics market ⢠Maintain regular contact with assigned accounts and manage ongoing customer relationships ⢠Identify additional needs within existing accounts and present appropriate logistics solutions when relevant ⢠Work is structured and KPI-driven, with clearly defined processes and responsibilities
⢠Initial experience in sales, customer service, or a role with regular customer contact ⢠Confident phone-based communication skills ⢠Structured and reliable working approach ⢠Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems ⢠Ability to work well within a team and follow established processes ⢠Language skills: Swedish at native level (C2) ⢠English at a professional working level (C1)
