📋 Description

• Support existing business customers in the Swedish logistics market • Maintain regular contact with assigned accounts and manage ongoing customer relationships • Identify additional needs within existing accounts and present appropriate logistics solutions when relevant • Work is structured and KPI-driven, with clearly defined processes and responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience in sales, customer service, or a role with regular customer contact • Confident phone-based communication skills • Structured and reliable working approach • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems • Ability to work well within a team and follow established processes • Language skills: Swedish at native level (C2) • English at a professional working level (C1)
