• Manage and support existing business customers from German-speaking regions and maintain long-term customer relationships in logistics • Proactively reach out to points of contact about current transport requirements and maintain ongoing communication • Identify upsell and growth potential with existing customers and strategically position logistics services • Work in a structured manner against clearly defined KPIs to actively drive revenue and improve results • Be part of an international team and operate in a dynamic logistics environment
• Commercial training or professional experience in sales, customer service, or a comparable field • Proven experience in telephone or face-to-face sales — ideally in a B2B environment • Enjoy interacting with customers and a strong drive to actively generate sales • Reliable, structured working style and confident use of digital tools such as CRM systems and MS Office • Open, strong communication skills and comfortable working in an international environment • Fluent German (C2) and proficient English (at least B2)
