📋 Description

• Support our existing business clients in the Romanian market. • Focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships within the logistics sector. • Maintain close contact with your key accounts and proactively discuss current transport needs. • Ensure continuous communication. • Identify opportunities within existing accounts and strategically position our logistics services. • Convert potential into successful new business. • Work with clearly defined KPIs and approach tasks in a structured manner. • Actively contribute to increasing revenue and performance. • Bring your sales strengths to the table as part of an international team. • Thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving logistics environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience in sales or customer-facing roles. • Confident telephone manner and proactive client engagement. • Structured and reliable working style, with basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. • Team player with strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality. • Native Romanian (C2) and fluent English (C1).
