Description

• Engage with Sales Teams and prospects to evaluate and adopt Algolia solutions • Demonstrate product and architecture, overcome objections, and offer consultative solutions • Develop custom search applications using Algolia ecosystem tools • Advocate customer interests and provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams • Stay updated on industry trends in Search and Discovery space and contribute thought leadership • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Customer Success teams for successful onboarding

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in a customer-facing technical role in SaaS • Previous software development experience in Front End (JavaScript, TypeScript, React) and Back End (Java, Ruby, Go, Node, Python, Swift/Objective-C) • Experience with data formats and transformation • Strong oral and written communication skills • Superior organizational skills with ability to manage multiple customers and contexts • Experience in a high-growth environment with a focus on customer success • Nice to have: background in search industry or e-commerce, knowledge of frameworks like Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and analytics/SEO
