📋 Description

• Work with the Architecture team to implement and integrate technical solutions • Ensure Directory Services platforms are secure, compliant, and highly available • Create and maintain system documentation and operational runbooks for Directory platforms and technologies • Prioritize and protect privileged identities using RBAC, ACLs, least privilege, and Just-In-Time access • Deliver timely Level 3 incident response during assigned shifts and on-call assignments • Provide leadership and technical assistance to Operational support team members • Direct installation, configuration, and maintenance of Directory platforms • Own Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management • Assist with security and compliance audits • Manage customer satisfaction through effective communication and expectation management • Design, implement, and support a cloud-centric Active Directory environment • Collaborate with Identity, Information Security, Development, and business-owner teams

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. degree in computer science, information technology, computer-related discipline, and/or 5+ years of IT work experience in a global information technology infrastructure environment • In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and Virtual Directory solutions • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS or Azure • Extensive experience managing complex and disparate directories, including Active Directory, eDirectory, Radiant Logic, Azure AD, and AWS Managed AD • Practical experience with identity technologies including Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, SSO, Federation, and MFA • Familiarity with IT security practices and fundamentals • Extensive cloud service provider experience and understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models • PowerShell/MSGraph scripting or JavaScript, Python, or Bash • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code such as Terraform • Experience with Group Policy Management (GPO) • Knowledge of Microsoft ADCS/PKI/KMS • Experience with Microsoft Azure AD Connect • Windows/Linux engineering proficiency • Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, UDP, Failover Clustering, SIEM, IIS/Tomcat, VMWare/Hyper-V, and Load Balancing • Understanding of Disaster Recovery models and Tier 0/Tier 1 system performance, resilience, and availability • Security-focused approach to problem solving • Deep troubleshooting skills following security and engineering principles • Understanding of agile processes and concepts • Ability to identify and instill industry best practices • Ability to translate technical issues into understandable business language • Proven leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Ability to interact with teams across a global company • Self-motivated with attention to detail and sound judgment • Ability to establish standards for quality, performance, or productivity • Excellent writing and communication skills • Ability to prioritize and drive results with emphasis on quality • Must have work authorization in India that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
