• As a Growth Marketing Manager, Revenue at Alignable, you'll have the unique opportunity to positively influence the success of millions of small business owners. You’ll be the marketing lead on a cross-functional squad including Product, UX, and Engineering partners who work alongside you to achieve your goals. The Revenue squad provides paid solutions for small business owners to use the power of networking to grow their word-of-mouth marketing and their bottom line. As a primarily self-service sales channel, the Growth Marketing Manager is a primary driver of revenue growth for Alignable. In this role, you will quickly gain a deep understanding of product features, member personas and customer challenges to create strategic and scalable revenue marketing programs. You’ll identify members with the potential to gain the most value from Alignable and nurture them through an upgrade funnel that best matches their needs. You’ll use the marketing tools and tactics at your disposal - including growth hacking, email marketing, and product-led growth levers - to increase engagement, success and retention. Growth Marketing Manager, Revenue (US Remote)

Data Engineer

• Identify trends, patterns, and insights that can help inform and improve our product, marketing, and sales strategies
• Develop and implement data-driven models and algorithms
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure
• Work closely with product management, design, growth marketing, and business partners to set and then accomplish an evolving set of strategic goals
• Partner with Product/Marketing to identify and answer the top 10 business questions that are currently outstanding
• Update the business metrics dashboard with the current metrics most important to the business
