📋 Description

• Identify new name accounts through self-generation activities including marketing, referrals and social media; • Collaborate with the existing marketing team whose responsibility is to generate sales-ready leads for the sales team; • Work closely with internal and external partners, as well as Microsoft representatives to maximize the F&O penetration into their accounts; • Manage the sales cycle through CRM, including working with our solution architecture advisors; • Ensure a smooth transition into delivery, account management and support programs; • Manage a set of corporate accounts within the territory for a period of one year after the win.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; • Classically sales trained with a reputable organization (e.g., Spin, TAS, Huthwaite, Major Account Selling); • 7 to 10 years of overall sales experience, including F&O/ERP and CE/CRM product and implementation services with a consultative and/or solution selling background; • Solid experience with F&O and CE/CRM best practices, analytics, SharePoint and BI strategy/solutions; • Experience selling Tier 1 ERP products (Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, etc.); • Manufacturing vertical sales experience; • Significant track record of developing routes to the corporate marketplace and driving exceptional sales performance; • Proven business-to-business sales experience; • Experience with client presentations at the director level, ability to discuss F&O and CE/CRM business benefits and results at an executive level, as well as articulate the value of partner services; • Exposure to F&O/ERP and CE/CRM programs and how to position them in client accounts to solve business problems; • Online product demonstration and presentation experience. • French: Proficient • English: Proficient • Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a regular basis with clients outside of Quebec.
