📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy backend services powering core products • Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python • Design and implement event-driven workflows using AWS Step Functions • Integrate and leverage Large Language Models with AWS Bedrock for AI-powered features • Utilize and manage AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Aurora/Postgres, and S3 • Design and build large-scale, high-availability systems focused on performance, reliability, and security • Work with microservices and containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes/EKS • Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and data scientists to deliver end-to-end solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in backend software engineering • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with AWS services • Python proficiency for backend development • Hands-on expertise with AWS Step Functions and event-driven architecture • Strong knowledge of AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Aurora/Postgres, and S3 • Ability to design and implement large-scale, high-availability systems • Experience with microservices and containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes/EKS • Experience integrating LLMs with AWS Bedrock • Practical experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks • Experience with Kafka or other event-streaming systems • Proficiency with AWS observability tools such as CloudWatch and X-Ray • Background in building complex AI-driven workflows combining structured logic with LLM reasoning • Proven track record in production-grade systems within financial, enterprise, or other regulated industries
