📋 Description

• Operational management and overall responsibility for the dental clinic • Direct management and organization of administrative/commercial and non-clinical areas • Close operational collaboration with medical leadership and executive management • Active development and standardization of internal work processes • Staff planning and deployment management • Preparation of payroll

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in economics/business administration or a medical degree with an additional business/economics qualification • Initial professional experience in a coordinating and administrative role • First experience in disciplinary/line management • Experience in quality and process management • Ability to motivate teams and foster a positive working atmosphere • Confident and persuasive professional presence
